80 Years Anniversary of the U.S. Tokyo Air Raid

Tokyo commemorated 80th anniversary of Tokyo Air Raid, while lacking public recognition and historical remembrance. Tokyo Air Raid survivors are still waiting for Japanese government’s compensation, even with North Korea asking for apologies and reparation for the Korean victims.

Tokyo Air Raid” was one of the deadliest Air Raid in World War 2, where U.S. bombers dropped incendiary bombs through the night of March 9th and 10th that killed an estimated 100,000 civilian and destroyed much of the city.
